Kathleen Lonsway
Kathleen entered the construction field working for the largest land surveying firm in the State of Florida, Southeastern Surveying. Duties included field construction layout,
drafting and office management.
She owned a site work and underground utility company in Orlando called Preptech Corporation with
a heavy equipment rental division.
In West Palm Beach, Florida, she owned and managed a landscape, hardscape, and tree service company,
called Panoramic Landscapes.
Currently, she holds a Certified Builders Contractors
License CBC1261168, a Roofing Contractor License CCC1334952, Certified Remediator & Mold Assessor, Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor CUC054920,and a Florida Real Estate License SL3364160.
She is also a Contractor licensed in Louisiana 564576, and holds a Woman's Business Certification in the state of Florida.
